When our family decided to adopt a flag, we chose one that would unite us. Symbols, colours or other references which might divide us, were rejected. The flag is made up of three equal vertical bands of blue (hoist side), yellow and green.
Blue stands for our great waters.
Yellow represents the richness found in our mines and the greatness of our crops.
Green symbolizes our great forests.
The first Trudel(le) flag was solemnly blessed and hoisted at the great Trudel(le) family gathering of 1945. Let us raise and wear it with love and pride!
